Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment information, you authorize CloseForce to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. CloseForce reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

No Guarantee of Results. Payment for our services does not guarantee any specific business outcome, ranking position, number of leads, calls, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your business's ongoing activity.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are generally final once work has begun. We invest time and resources immediately upon receiving your order to start your setup.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@closeforce.com with your order details and the reason for your request.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Service Delivery

We aim to complete your setup within 24–48 hours of receiving all required information from you. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The timeline for your setup begins only after you submit your completed onboarding form. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, slow communication, or failure to grant necessary account access are the responsibility of the customer and may extend delivery timelines.

CloseForce is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms (including Google) or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Termination

CloseForce reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any customer at our discretion, including if:

If we terminate your service for cause, no refund will be issued. For active subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refunds are provided.

SMS and Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from CloseForce™. These messages may include:
